These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Unique Cleaning Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all customers, users, and others who engage with our services in Southern Ontario, or through this website. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue the use of our services.

2. Services Unique Cleaning Solutions offers a range of commercial and residential cleaning services tailored to the needs of our clients. We commit to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions executed by skilled professionals. Our service offerings may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation: Appointments for cleaning services can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email communication. We require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a cancellation fee. Unique Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to charge a percentage of the service cost if such notice is not provided.

4. Payment Terms: A deposit maybe reuired from first time customers. Full Payment for our services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit card and bank transfer, as specified at the point of booking. Past due amounts may incur additional charges or interest as provided under local laws.

5. Liability and Warranty: Unique Cleaning Solutions takes every measure to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your premises. While we pride ourselves on exceptional care and professionalism, we shall not be held liable for any incidental damages arising from the provision of our services unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

6. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any modification indicates your acceptance of these changes.

8. Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unique Cleaning Solutions. Unique Cleaning Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Unique Cleaning Solutions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services

9. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not 100% satisfied with the quality of cleaning of any of the serviced areas of your home or office. We ask that you advise the main office within 24hrs of your service, Unique Cleaning Solutions will send a cleaner back to address any areas in which we fell short within 2 days of your original scheduled cleaning. We will revisit your home or office at no extra charge. 

10. We do not offer refunds. If you ever find dissatisfaction with our cleaning service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will promptly send a team member to address any concerns at no extra cost.

11. Insurance-Unique Cleaning Solutions services are covered up to $2 million in general liability insurance. Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

12. Privacy Policy – We are committed to keeping your information confidential. We do not sell our customer lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law. We will only use your personal and billing information solely to provide the service you hire us for.

13. Electricity and Water Notice: We cannot work effectively in a house or office without electricity or running water. Please ensure that your home or office – especially if it is empty and in the middle of being sold/bought/turned over – will have electricity and running water on the day of service. Late Cancellation/Rescheduling fees may apply if we need to make last-minute schedule changes due to lack of electricity or water.

14.  Cleaner safety-Unique Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to remove its cleaners from your home or office should the environment become unsafe, and our cancellation policy will apply. We ask that all members of your household or office do not follow our staff around while they are working inside your home/office. Should the home or office present health risks relating to viral, mold, bacteria, and / or infestation, we reserve the right to remove our staff from the property, and the cancellation policy will apply. This may apply if our staff enter a property and someone in the home is sick and / or showing symptoms of illness, and the staff do not feel comfortable. If you are unsure, please contact our office immediately.  During the winter months, we require all clients to ensure sidewalks or walkways free of ice to prevent slip and fall injuries. All of our employees are instructed not to touch/clean any areas or items they deem unsafe or unsanitary. For sanitary reasons, we are not able to clean humans or pet feces, urine, vomit, or blood.
